Shipping policy

Please allow the time stated at checkout for shipping. The amount of days is counted in business days and does not include weekends/holidays. Understand that ordering during holiday seasons could cause delays in arrival date. Currently during the COVID pandemic, shipping carriers have experienced a higher rate of orders which has caused a delay in deliveries.

You are responsible for shipping and handling fees for deliverance and any accepted returns. We at Bombula Co are not responsible for any shipping and handling issues such as expectant time, lost, and damaged items. If upon reception you order has been damaged or lost you must contact the shipping company. 

If you receive the wrong item please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right and will cover the shipping fees for returns/delivery of correct item.
