Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at bombulaco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, your shipping fees will not be refunded and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If upon reception you order has been damaged or lost you must contact the shipping company. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged under the care of shipping handlers. If you receive the wrong item please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right and will cover the shipping fees for returns/delivery of correct item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards and used or open products. We will gladly correct any incorrect orders prior to shipping items off. In this case please contact us by emailing bombulaco@gmail.com.

 

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus shipping fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
